Culinary master class

29. 07. 25

The accounting department of the Agro-Region Group of Companies attended a master class in Italian cuisine, led by professionals at the MHP Culinary Center.

Vitalii Suprun, Chief Accountant of the Western Cluster:

It’s really great that the company organizes events like this, because team activities bring people together, making the team stronger and more united. When an employee receives not only financial compensation but also the opportunity to relax with the team or improve their knowledge, it’s truly motivating and becomes one of the key success factors for the company.

Such events are essential. People take a break from routine work, reports, and other daily tasks. They get the chance to try something new and discover talents they didn’t even know they had.

Maryna Vovchuk, Chief Accountant of “Bilyi Tsvit” LLC, Deputy Chief Accountant of “Harna Trading Ukraine” LLC:

To care, to worry, and to consider — only your family usually does that. Most employers just take work and give money in return — unfortunately, that’s often the reality. But Agro-Region goes further, and that’s truly uplifting, because support and help are just as valuable as any material reward.

The culinary master class broadened my perspective on the kinds of events one can attend — or even participate in. Activities like these bring the team closer together, as you discuss not production tasks but take part together in something more ordinary — and then wait for the result. These are simple and warm moments, and it’s exactly what the soul needs, especially nowadays.

Oleksandr Kyrylenko, Chief Accountant of the Kyiv Cluster:

I’m impressed by how strong the bond in our team is. It was really exciting to cook together and then taste what we’d made. Huge thanks to the whole team for a fantastic time and a new culinary experience.

Oksana Antsybor, Deputy Chief Accountant of Agro-Region Group:

Events like these are incredibly important, useful, and effective — especially in today’s tough times when anxiety levels are constantly rising. They give us a boost of positive energy, help us reset, and keep moving forward.

Participants were divided into teams by drawing lots. Each team was assigned a specific cooking task. Everyone understood that the taste of the final dish depended on how well the prep work was done — so we took it seriously. The final chord was assembling the carpaccio and lasagna from the prepared ingredients — it turned out delicious, seasoned with sauces, colleagues’ jokes, the chefs’ comments, and great moods all around.
