TractorEAST is an esteemed educational initiative that has been making a meaningful impact since 2016 in the Boryspil cluster of the Agro Region. Our mission is to provide a remarkable opportunity for veterans of war who have endured serious injuries and wounds, including those who are disabled, to embark on a transformative journey into the world of agriculture. Our program equips them with the skills to become proficient tractor operators, enabling them to forge new paths in their lives. This project carries a deeply personal meaning. It was born out of the loss of our colleague, Chef Agronomist Artur Myskiv, who tragically fell in the line of duty in Debaltsevo in February 2015. Artur's spirit and dedication continue to inspire us to create an initiative that honors his memory by empowering veterans to find new purpose in agriculture. We take pride in offering holistic support to our participants. As part of the TractorEAST family, veterans receive comfortable accommodation, three nutritious meals a day, and a dedicated uniform. Our educational curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to ensure a seamless learning experience, setting the stage for a successful transition into the agricultural sector.
