The Agro-Region HR team kicked off the new week with a team-building session

Yesterday, the HR team of the Agro-Region Group of Companies took part in a French pastry baking workshop. This team-building format not only energizes the start of the week, but also helps strengthen communication, encourages the exchange of ideas, and fosters trusting relationships within the team.

The Agro-Region HR professionals consistently work on developing corporate culture and engaging employees in the life of the company. The team already has solid experience participating in various team activities, including pottery workshops, painting sessions inspired by the style of Maria Prymachenko, a pasta-making culinary class, as well as sports events such as curling, golf, and others. Each of these formats is aimed at developing creativity, strengthening team interaction, and creating an atmosphere of mutual support.
