October is a busy time for all farmers.
The Agro-Region Group of Companies has entered an intensive phase of corn harvesting, and as of today, 25% of the planted areas have already been harvested.
The company’s Chief Agronomist, Yuriy Lysak, shares his impressions: “This year’s corn is pleasantly surprising — yields are exceeding our planned indicators. Harvesting is in full swing, though the pace is slightly slower than last year due to unpredictable weather. Overall, I’m satisfied with the results, but we always strive to do even better.”

Meanwhile, the agronomy teams across all clusters remain active in the fields. Specialists carefully inspect crops, analyze field conditions, and prepare the soil for spring planting. After the latest field assessments, agronomists report that winter wheat and rapeseed are developing well, showing strong growth and great potential for high yields next season.
As Yuriy Lysak summed up: “The fields look strong and well cared for. Winter crops have laid a solid foundation — and that’s the best reward for the entire team.”

Across Ukraine, this year’s corn harvest is taking place under challenging weather conditions — a cool and rainy autumn has slowed down the pace of work. Nevertheless, farmers note stable yields and good grain quality, which brings optimism as the season draws to a close.
