Visit to the DSV Research Station

The agronomic team of the Agro-Region Group of Companies paid a friendly visit to the research station of their long-term partner — DSV-Ukraine LLC, which is a subsidiary of the German breeding company Deutsche Saatveredelung AG.
Winter wheat and winter rapeseed hybrids from DSV hold a leading position in the sowing structure of Agro-Region’s fields, notes Chief Agronomist Yurii Lysak.
“During the visit, we familiarized ourselves with the latest additions to the company’s portfolio of these crops, as we always maintain a focus on maximum efficiency and next-generation genetics. There were also lively discussions about the sowing and care of winter wheat and rapeseed,” he adds.
At the same time, Yurii Lysak does not rule out that some new varieties and hybrids will be sown in Agro-Region’s production fields for the 2026 harvest, complementing those already in use.
