How do IT solutions change agribusiness and Agro-Region?


Vadym Yanchuk: IT solutions transform agribusiness by changing land management, cultivation, harvest, and logistics processes. This includes automating workflows, using data effectively for decision-making, implementing precision agriculture systems, and remote monitoring tools. This helps to increase productivity, optimize resource usage, and reduce costs.


Are there enough specialists available?


Vadym Yanchuk: Currently, there is a shortage of qualified specialists in the agribusiness sector, which is felt at all levels. This requires us to invest in the development and training of our employees, as well as to find ways to attract new talent from outside.


What qualities should a member of your team possess?
