Agro-Region Expands Its Expertise in Veteran HR Strategies

The HR team of the Agro-Region Group of Companies took part in the Veterans’ Reintegration Conference.

The event brought together over 250 representatives from business, government, the financial sector, and international partners to discuss the reintegration of veterans into Ukraine’s economic and social life.

HR Director Khrystyna Pyvovar highlighted the top three trends that received special attention during the event:

1. Innovative approaches to workplace adaptation.
   Founders of the Superhumans Center shared best practices for creating inclusive environments — from ergonomic office design to cultural support programs at the leadership and team levels.

2. Support for veteran-led businesses.
   Representatives of veteran startups (Genesis & System Solution, Mandry in UA) shared successful cases of cooperation with government agencies and corporations — including grants, training programs, and access to public procurement, which help create new jobs for veterans.

3. Strengthening workforce resilience.
   There was a strong focus on retention strategies for veterans, especially long-term practices of motivation and social integration within companies.

The Agro-Region team thanks the organizers for a rich program and the opportunity to deepen its expertise in the area of HR strategies for veterans.
