This was noted by occupational safety engineer Tetiana Mukharovska.
According to her, agriculture is constantly evolving, so before each season begins, employees undergo refresher briefings. Mandatory briefings and knowledge checks on occupational safety are also conducted during the hiring process.
“In addition, during the off-season in winter, we conducted a training session for all employees on how to act in case of shelling, radiation hazards, chemical attacks, and how to provide basic first aid to victims. We also plan to organize professional courses with specialists to train our staff in first aid for victims of workplace accidents,” the expert added.
Tetiana Mukharovska emphasizes that the key principles upheld at Agro-Region are creating comfortable working conditions, ensuring employees are equipped with everything necessary to prevent accidents, avoid emergencies, and protect the lives and health of the workforce.
Overall, the company is committed to establishing the necessary conditions for compliance with occupational safety legislation.
