Agro-Region: cooperation with educational institutions is an investment in the future of the industry

The Agro-Region Group of Companies and the Kulykivka Vocational Agrarian Lyceum have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
This is another step forward in strengthening the partnership between business and education — aimed at supporting young people who want to build a career in the agricultural sector and raising the prestige of vocational professions.
The signing ceremony was attended by:
- Vasyl Lysachenko, Director of the Kulykivka Agrarian Lyceum,
- Mykola Nikolaychuk, Technical Director of the Agro-Region Group of Companies,
- Khrystyna Pyvovar, HR Director of Agro-Region.
As part of this cooperation, the parties will implement a number of educational initiatives — career guidance events, workshops, internships, employer presentations, and mentoring programs for lyceum students.
“We are convinced that involving young people in practical work alongside experienced professionals will help them find their place in the profession faster and grow confidently in the agricultural field,” said Mykola Nikolaychuk, Technical Director of the Agro-Region Group of Companies.
