Agro-Region has developed a mobile application for managing land lease agreements.
The tool speeds up inventory processes, simplifies the transfer of agreements between employees, and ensures access to information even offline.
The land department notes that working with a large number of agreements on a daily basis required a solution that would reduce the time spent searching for and processing documents.
“We needed to ensure quick access to agreements in the field and seamless synchronization with the ERP system. This became a key task during development. The application was created by our in-house specialists. Throughout the process, we used AI tools, including JetBrains AI Assistant. AI accelerated part of the workflow, but the architecture and logic were designed strictly in line with business needs. As a result, we obtained a simple and reliable tool,” said Vadym Yanchuk, CIO of Agro-Region Group.
Today, the application enables offline work, lease agreement inventory, transfer and acceptance of agreements between employees, automatic generation of transfer acts in the ERP system, QR-code scanning for instant access, and searching agreements by name, cadastral number, or other parameters.
During the ongoing inventory of agreements, the application is being tested in real operating conditions. Employees are validating key document workflow scenarios.
“Real-condition testing allows us to improve the functionality quickly and adapt it to the department’s needs. This solution enhances the efficiency of managing the land bank and lays the foundation for further digitalization within the company,” the testing team noted.
The application has become part of the digital transformation of the land department. Its implementation has reduced operational time costs, increased document-handling accuracy, and improved interaction between departments.
