On October 19th, we were pleased to welcome students from Nizhyn College of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine at the Borispol division of our company. These students are studying in the fields of “Agroengineering,” “Electrical Power Engineering, Electrotechnics, and Electromechanics,” and “Transport Technologies (in automobile transportation).”
As part of expanding cooperation with educational institutions and involving students in practical experience with potential job opportunities, an introductory company presentation took place. In September, our specialists, including Anastasiia Yehorenko, a recruitment and personnel adaptation manager, and Mykola Nikolaichuk, the technical director, visited the college in Nizhyn. In October, the students had the opportunity to personally acquaint themselves with the company’s management, its assets, and production processes.
Vladimir Kravtsov, the Chief Operating Officer, met the students and presented the company, its main areas of activity, goals, and the prospects for the development of agribusiness.
Mykola Nikolaichuk conducted a guided tour of the company’s machinery and repair base.
Vasyl Melnyk, the head agronomist of the division, introduced the guests to crop cultivation technology, and the students also had the opportunity to join fieldwork – harvesting corn.
Vitaliy Shevchuk, the manager of the Borispol elevator, conducted a tour of the elevator and explained the main processes at the facility, such as grain intake, drying, storage, and crop dispatch.
We consider it our duty to continue developing cooperation with educational institutions and providing young specialists with job opportunities to kickstart their careers. Agriculture is awesome! Join us.
