Yuriy Lysak met with the students of Illinetskyi AVC

The Chief Agronomist of the Agro-Region Group of Companies, Yuriy Lysak, delivered a guest lecture on “Innovative Technologies for Growing Agricultural Crops” for the students of Illinetskyi Agrarian Vocational College.

In addition, candidate testing was conducted within the AgriSCHOOL educational program.

Yuriy Lysak reminded that during the AgriSCHOOL training and production internship, interns, as agronomist assistants, gain practical experience in various company divisions. They are involved in different types of agricultural production operations and processes to provide them with comprehensive knowledge and an understanding of all aspects of agricultural production.

According to him, the most important thing for a candidate is a desire to work in the agricultural sector, as the profession of an agronomist is multifaceted and requires continuous improvement of knowledge and skills.
