According to him, the pricing policy for both equipment and service is more or less the same among different dealers. Therefore, for the company, the key factor was responsiveness, particularly the speed of repair services (if necessary) during peak agricultural seasons, as downtime for equipment is costly.
Mykola Nikolaychuk emphasized that the future reliability of the tractor depends on the service engineer. If an untrained specialist arrives for maintenance or repair, someone who does not fully understand the specifics or neglects the manufacturer’s recommended service protocols, but simply replaces the filters and oil, while the manufacturer mandates other specific procedures for the equipment’s reliability, it could lead to disastrous consequences for the owner.

We appreciate such a professional approach because it gives us confidence that our equipment won’t fail at critical moments,” he said at the opening of the company’s service center in the Zhytomyr region.
