Over 30% of Agro-Region employees serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

More than 30% of the employees of the Agro-Region Group of Companies who are subject to conscription are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This information was provided by the company’s HR Director, Khrystyna Pyvovar.
Speaking about exempted employees, she mentioned that, as of today, this number accounts for just over 40% of the employees who are subject to military duty.
“These are the employees who are critically important for the functioning of the company’s production processes. Finding replacements for certain positions is extremely difficult,” added Agro-Region HR Director Khrystyna Pyvovar.
Therefore, the Agro-Region Group of Companies views the new reservation mechanism positively, as it includes options essential for the agri-food sector, such as one-year reservations and the ability to reserve employees with scarce military accounting specialties.
