The Agro-Region Group of Companies has harvested 53% of both early and late grain and oilseed crops, as reported by the press service.
The weather is favorable for a fast harvest, and the products are arriving at the elevators dry, allowing for savings on drying costs.
“Currently, we are harvesting soybeans and sunflower, and the yield figures for these crops are 5-7% higher than planned, depending on the cluster. The quality of both soybeans and sunflower meets the contractual standards,” the company adds.
It is also noted that the soybean and sunflower harvest in Agro-Region’s three clusters is expected to be completed within the next two weeks, after which the corn harvest will begin.
