Olena Kondriuchyk: The team is like a family from Monday to Friday, and sometimes even on Saturdays and Sundays. Just like in a family, communication in our team is formed individually, but always with respect, understanding, and patience. Additionally, by default, we support new team members. Most importantly, all conditions are created for informal communication, thus forming common interests within the team, such as a love for art, sports, travel, and more.
Olena Kondriuchyk: The working process at Agro-Region, like any mechanism, is fine-tuned at every link. Everyone in the team has confidence in the competence of the team members, does not question their conclusions and decisions, but at the same time does not feel pressured and works in their own style, maintaining their own vision and individuality.
Olena Kondriuchyk: In a crisis situation, the main goal is to prevent the crisis situation. As they say, “two heads are better than one,” so the team reacts quickly and creatively, and most importantly, effectively, making crisis situations seem not so critical. Of course, we cannot foresee everything, so having unpredictable situations is an integral part of work and life in general. However, at Agro-Region, we perceive difficulties not as a crisis but as a challenge for improvement.
