In the Agro-Region Group of Companies, they are conducting primary soil cultivation operations for sowing spring crops, with plans to sow sunflower, corn, and soybeans.
This was noted by the chief agronomist, Yuriy Lysak.
According to him, loosening and deep loosening of the soil are carried out to the maximum in the fall to accumulate moisture.
At the same time, Yuriy Lysak clarified that winter wheat was sown according to plan.
“We already have sprouts, although we received them with a delay due to the lack of precipitation in August-September. However, it has rained, so we hope that favorable weather conditions will continue and the wheat will enter the tillering phase before the cold sets in,” he said.
In addition, they have finished work on caring for the rapeseed and crossed the halfway point in harvesting corn.
