Cooperation with local communities remains one of the priorities of the Agro-Region Group of companies.

In particular, in 2025, the Kyiv Cluster plans to implement several important social and economic projects.

According to Ivan Andriychuk, Executive Director of the Kyiv Cluster, these projects include:

• Educational Projects: Organizing training programs for agronomists and machinery operators aimed at improving qualifications and attracting young people to the agricultural sector.
• Social Support: Implementing assistance programs for low-income families and pensioners in the regions of operation, including the distribution of food packages. Additionally, the company supports local cultural and sports projects, fostering community engagement and improving the quality of life.
• Environmental Initiatives: Supporting environmental initiatives, improving environmental conditions, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. We believe that a stable and mutually beneficial partnership with communities will not only help us achieve our business goals but also contribute to the socio-economic development of the regions.
