Anastasia Tytarenko: The first and main task is to fulfill export contracts according to specifications, qualitatively and safely. The second is to preserve and bring to the conditions of the contracts the batches stored in the group’s elevators. The third is to prevent deterioration of quality during storage.
Anastasia Tytarenko: I don’t have a straightforward answer to this question. I love what I do, and I do what I love. For the opportunity to creatively realize myself, work in a team, propose ideas, and implement them. For the opportunity for constant development, for the challenges that laboratories face every season during harvesting and shipment.
Anastasia Tytarenko: With communication with laboratory managers. During the morning briefing, we clarify the quantity and quality of shipped and received grain for the previous day and discuss current plans.
Anastasia Tytarenko: Learning is an extremely important process in the work of a modern laboratory. Every year we conduct two off-site trainings on various topics, invite specialists from surveying companies to conduct training at the workplace.
Anastasia Tytarenko: Since the laboratory is a controlling department, it is in constant contact with all other departments and the production unit to organize processes. During intensive harvesting, laboratory managers are in constant communication with the agronomy service, and during shipment, with the commercial department.
