“The average yield of winter rapeseed across the company was 3.6 t/ha, which even exceeded the average yield for this crop over the past 5 years. Weather conditions allowed us to obtain high-quality rapeseed grain with minimal processing; moisture and impurity content were within the contractual basis and key parameters,” he added.
As for winter wheat, according to Yurii Lysak, the plan was also exceeded by 10%.
“The average yield of winter wheat was 6.6 t/ha. Moreover, two clusters achieved yields over 7 t/ha, with the Western cluster showing the best result at 7.89 t/ha,” he added.
The quality parameters of winter wheat (moisture content, gluten, protein, and other parameters) meet the highest standards and are among the best in Agro-Region in recent years.
“73% of the wheat is of the second and third class. This is the result of proper variety selection and nutrient management,” concluded Yurii Lysak.
Summarizing the harvesting campaign, he adds that the harvest was completed in a tight and optimal timeframe thanks to the coordinated work of all production units of the company.
