The Western Cluster of Agro-Region Group operates on 6,500 hectares in the Zhytomyr region and 3,500 hectares in the Khmelnytskyi region. In the Zhytomyr region, the company is present in the communities of Lyubarska (14 settlements), Romanyivska (1 settlement), Chudnivska (2 settlements), and Vilshanska (1 settlement). In the Khmelnytskyi region, it operates in the communities of Ostropilska (5 settlements), Starosinyavska (3 settlements), and Polonska (2 settlements).

At Agro-Region, there is a harmonious teamwork not only in supporting certain ideas or concepts but also in complex situations when assistance, clarification, or simply advice is needed.
The main crop in the crop rotation in recent years has been maize, accounting for 45-50%. Other crops include winter wheat at 16-17%, sunflower at 15-16%, soybean at 10%, and rapeseed at 12-13%. The plans for 2024 are as follows: maize at 12%, rapeseed at 14%, winter wheat at 16%, soybean at 30%, and sunflower at 28%
Last year, the yield of the main crops in the accounting weight was as follows: maize – 10.2 t/ha, winter wheat – 7.98 t/ha, soybean – 3 t/ha, sunflower – 3.95 t/ha, rapeseed – 3.46 t/ha.
In Khmelnytskyi and Zhytomyr regions, predominately, there are low-humus black soils with complex terrain. There are also sandy and loamy soils. Depending on the type of soil, the organic matter content ranges from 1% to 7%, and the pH level ranges from 4.6 to 8.2.
Different soil cultivation technologies are used in the cluster. On light soils, plowing is not performed, only discing with loosening is done. On other soils, both plowing and loosening are present, divided equally at 50%.
The cluster utilizes modern equipment from manufacturers such as Horsch, Case, John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Amazone, Lemken, Gaspardo, Pottinger, Kinze, and others. Gradually, the machinery is being upgraded to more powerful and wide-ranging models, resulting in increased productivity. The equipment used in production enables high-quality and efficient work in precision agriculture.
Samples of soil are collected from all fields in the cluster for analysis, based on which the field is divided into productivity zones. Using this data, maps are created for differentiated fertilizer application tasks and variable seeding rates. This allows for savings on material costs in low-productivity areas of the fields without reducing yield and reduces the negative impact of fertilizers and pesticides on the environment. Precision agriculture technology enables saving time and resources.
The plans for the Western cluster include the construction of a heat generator at the dryer for grain drying using alternative fuel (sunflower pellets), the acquisition of a powerful Fendt 1038 tractor, and the retrofitting of precision seeding drill Horsch Maestro with improved seeding units for quality crop sowing.
The Western cluster closely collaborates with local communities, providing road repairs in settlements and assisting with snow clearing. Additionally, Starlink and generators were purchased for heating points. The cluster actively participated in financing the repair and construction of water supply systems, as well as in purchasing materials for repairing social facilities.
