Three of them are new participants, while the other three \u2014 graduates from the previous edition who are now working as agronomists in different divisions of the company \u2014 joined to deepen their knowledge. All of them are studying or have recently graduated from leading agricultural universities in Ukraine. As before, the students work at Agro-Region enterprises as <strong>assistant agronomists<\/strong>, gaining hands-on experience in the fields every day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe program includes both daily practical work and theoretical modules. This approach ensures the development of practical skills that are directly applicable to real-world agronomy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In November, the AgriSCHOOL team will summarize the results of this year\u2019s program.
