Thanks to a wide range of research, Poltava-Sad manages to distribute risks wisely \u2014 and this allows us not only to stay afloat but to remain profitable,\u201d \u2014 summarized Yurii Lysak.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of the event was a culinary masterclass by Yevhen Klopotenko, a well-known promoter of Ukrainian cuisine. For the first time, he cooked outdoors, inviting guests to prepare together an ancient Ukrainian dish \u2014 <em>Shpundra<\/em>, pork stewed in beet kvass.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Modern challenges require modern solutions.
