Events like these are incredibly important, useful, and effective \u2014 especially in today\u2019s tough times when anxiety levels are constantly rising. They give us a boost of positive energy, help us reset, and keep moving forward.<\/em><\/p>\n

Participants were divided into teams by drawing lots. Each team was assigned a specific cooking task. Everyone understood that the taste of the final dish depended on how well the prep work was done \u2014 so we took it seriously. The final chord was assembling the carpaccio and lasagna from the prepared ingredients \u2014 it turned out delicious, seasoned with sauces, colleagues\u2019 jokes, the chefs\u2019 comments, and great moods all around.<\/p>\n
