The Director of the Land Department of the Agro-Region Group of Companies, Viktor Suslovets, and Technical Director Mykola Nikolaychuk, as members of two Kyiv teams, took part in the All-Ukrainian Friendly Dodgeball Tournament.<\/p>\n


\u201cI really enjoyed playing dodgeball; I have been practicing for over six months, and I joined the team on the recommendation of Viktor Mykolayovych, who has been playing for over a year together with his family. Although the training sessions are held outside Kyiv in Chaika, I travel from Brovary three times a week with enthusiasm,\u201d<\/em> clarifies Mykola Nikolaychuk.<\/p>\n


According to him, dodgeball is both a healthy and entertaining activity that requires players to use strategy, agility, and teamwork. During the game, players must hit opponents with the ball to eliminate them.<\/p>\n


Dodgeball has been introduced into the school curriculum during physical education classes.<\/p>\n


Besides this, dodgeball suits all ages and fitness levels since the rules are easy to adapt to any level. Therefore, Agro-Region does not rule out forming their own team in the future but meanwhile invites all interested colleagues to join.<\/p>\n
