After that, we had to prepare a separate Excel report for each delivery,\u201d<\/em> says logistics manager Levon Grigoryan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"1003\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1143\">According to him, automation has significantly reduced the amount of manual work, lowered the risk of errors, and sped up data processing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1143\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1548\">The company handles around 170\u2013190 deliveries each month, so the improvements were immediately noticeable. Centralizing data in the ERP system made it possible to manage transportation from a single location. In the future, integration with accounting is planned \u2014 this will unite all documents (requests, TTNs, invoices, acts) into a single system and allow for full control over expenses and payments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1548\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1746\"><em>\u201cOf course, adapting to the new processes took some time, but the results are worth it.
