The agronomic team of the Agro-Region Group of Companies has completed its 10th annual intensive training program.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The primary goal is to improve the qualifications of the agronomic service, explore new practices and approaches to increase crop yields and profitability.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In addition, the training covered discussions on best practices and the implementation of innovations tested in experimental plots.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The event brought together partners from seed, crop protection, fertilizer, and machinery manufacturers, as well as leading scientists and practitioner colleagues from other companies.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yurii Lysak, Chief Agronomist of Agro-Region, emphasizes that development requires continuous learning.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Agronomic science does not stand still\u2014new solutions emerge, which we study and test on experimental plots. Some proceed to production scaling, while others prove unsuitable. Our agronomists are continuously evolving. Winter training sessions help refine the use of technologies,”<\/em> he states.<\/p>\n
