According to him, the pricing policy for both equipment and service is more or less the same among different dealers. Therefore, for the company, the key factor was responsiveness, particularly the speed of repair services (if necessary) during peak agricultural seasons, as downtime for equipment is costly.<\/p>\n

Mykola Nikolaychuk emphasized that the future reliability of the tractor depends on the service engineer. If an untrained specialist arrives for maintenance or repair, someone who does not fully understand the specifics or neglects the manufacturer\u2019s recommended service protocols, but simply replaces the filters and oil, while the manufacturer mandates other specific procedures for the equipment\u2019s reliability, it could lead to disastrous consequences for the owner.<\/p>\n
