Having gone through a series of catastrophic and destructive mistakes, we rapidly expanded our land bank, often mismanaged risks, acquired many non-core and entirely inefficient assets, unsuccessfully experimented with various crops, and hired the "wrong" people, naively relying on their "extensive experience." Ultimately, we are grateful for the lessons learned on our journey, vowing never to repeat the same mistakes again.
